Amy has designed these programs to best serve her clients. After years of working with clients and seeing what works best, these are her recommendations. Please read through each healing track and decide which plan best suites your needs.
An adult session is 90 minutes ($225), a teen session is 75 minutes ($125), and a child session is 60 minutes ($100). Amy prepares for each session 15 minutes before the session begins by meditating on how to best serve her client. She relays this information to the adult client once the session begins. In the teen and child sessions, Amy speaks with the caregiver for 15 minutes about what she observed, and what the parent would like to update Amy on in preparation for meeting with the teen or child.
This track is ideal for someone who would like to feel better as quickly as possible. This is when I see the greatest and fastest transformation. This is for someone who is significantly struggling and would like to change that ASAP. This track is ideal for people with chronic illness. It is recommended that someone in this position purchase a minimum of 8 sessions. Sessions would happen roughly every 4 days. A minimum of three days must be between sessions. Monday/ Thursday or Tuesday /Friday sessions are common. These sessions can happen at a distance or in person. These sessions can be for a child, teen, or adult. When you book 8 sessions or more, you receive FREE access to the You Are Energy Series ($197 value).
PATH TO WELLNESS
This track is designed for someone looking to transform their life and health. They are able to manage day to day, but recognize that they are not living an optimal life. They are looking for better health and to learn more about the mind, body, spirit connection. This track can help people recovering from chronic illness. It is recommended that 8 sessions are purchased and sessions happen weekly. These sessions can be for a child, teen, or adult. When you book 8 sessions or more, you receive FREE access to the You Are Energy Series ($197 value).
This track is for clients who have been working with Amy for a while. They have completed the Accelerated Track or Path to Wellness. It is recommended that sessions are once a month. This helps to maintain the energy work and helps you to stay on track with your health and wellness program. These sessions can be for adults and teens.
